What Really Makes Teams Work

I think this was a very good article to read because it relates to the project that we had this semester and it's a relevant  topic to pretty much any class we take because we almost always have to work in groups. This article was about how projects are better quality and more successful when completed in groups compared to when you work alone. I agree with this 100%, being a person with a lot of anxiety I often think my ideas are of no use but having the ability to collaborate in a group really helps me know that my ideas are worth something. When I work with groups I love that we can bounce things off of each other and combine all of our thoughts into one. This article also touches upon face to face interaction and how important it is to make a group work cohesively. When interacting online we are not able to read each others body language and facial expression to know if we are all on the same page. This article stresses how without those physical components we miss out on so much. As we have learned throughout this class one of the most important things for a group to work is for everyone to be on the same page. This article was very informative and helped me learn a lot and appreciate face to face interaction in the digital world we live in today.
